About Me

Member

I’ve been working as a psychotherapist in Montreal since 1997.

I’m currently working in private practice, but also have experience doing therapy in a variety of institutional and educational settings as well as community centres.

My therapeutic approaches have evolved over the course of studying, training and working in this field. I began as an Art Therapist, working psychodynamically and rooted in humanistic existential perspectives. Later, working with individual, couples and families, I became deeply influenced by attachment-theory, systemic approaches, and emotionally-focused therapy. Mindfulness, somatic-based and feminist approaches are all woven into my therapy practice.

I love this work and feel privileged to accompany people as they risk change and grow.  I am honoured by the trust that has been shown me.
